Bet you said the same thing when he screwed Labor.

Trust, this is not going off very well in corporate. They are taking the "objection" by labor very personally.

The entire idea of the TRP was to ensure that the Execs got protected and got a peice of the action; not so much to protect the middle and lower managment. Hell, they couldn't just develop a plan for Executives, for it would surely fail. so, the plan was to include the directors and managers so it wouldn't be perceived as a "selfish act" on their part.

At this point they ARE NOT working with labor. This decision by the Judge surely cements managments utter depise of Labor.

As far as the merger integration, afa was ready to get this process started next week. Well, guess what? Company is not in a hurry for this either. They won't give one red penny to the unions to help with the expenses this merger integration creates on the unions. They point blank, flat out told us. NO! There is NO money, and for us to pay for it all of it. I'm over these bad boys.

Way I see this integration issue...."LET US KNOW WHEN YOU WANT US TO START".

In the meantime, "Business as Usual".

Nope. In my eyes this is a victory for labor. They were able to thwart the executive bonus plan. Even PitBull said that the issue wasn't retention and severence for the middle managers, but the extraordinary sum that the executives were trying to take. Judge Mitchell did the right thing.

MMW,

You are correct. The managers and directors work their butts off. I see it first hand. The execs walk around spending enormous amounts of time in meetings making plans on how much work they can place on these workers.

As Bronner implied in his media statements, these Execs can't wait to get back to their golf game.

They should take it personally! Greeter.

PitBull

As you know, I have been vocal against this plan from the beginning. As a Chairman’s Preferred, I was pleased to see the judge rule as he did today. Enough was enough.

Labor has won very few of the battles with this management team, but this is one in my opinion was sweet. The request was unconsciousable in the first place. The union leadership is to be congratulated for going into battle one more time and WINNING.

To those in CCY. I suggest that you read the tea leaves. The judge is tired of your games. Either run the airline or leave.

Regards

Finally Judge Mitchell gives labor one ruling!

It is now more difficult than ever to work with management.

They are not working with labor at all. I've never seen them more angered over anything. They are not use to losing especially Jerry.

He must have been banking on this money because he now has a sign on his forehead that reads: "Out of commission".

If they now want to make this process difficult, so be it.

Pitbull you might have missed this post:
