Take a look at these on time stats for the weekend:

Mainline/Express

Fri - 80.9/65.1
Sat - 93.2/86.1
Sun - 95.1/89.4
Mon - 91.8/88.2

With one exception on the express side.....not a bad weekend.

Operationally, we are running a much better airline--NO DOUBT

Now it's time for Tempe to let us start taking care of our customers. They need to focus on something they lost sight of.....CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Tempe has to start treating our customers like they matter............

On the express side is this wholly own or express affiliates too

How were the loads? The analyst were calling for a slow down in holiday travel. Was that evident? I live in the middle of a vacation spot and it was slow here this weekend.

Loads were light for a big holiday weekend:

8/29 80.9%
8/30 77.5%
8/31 76.6%
9/01 80.8%

Although OTP and baggage performance was great for the weekend, the loads were a lot lighter than one would expect.........

Any chance the light loads had anything to do with the "on-time"?

I wonder how much had to do with people changing/canceling their travel plans because of the storms(current/expected) down south....

This weekend was a RASM record.
LF and profit seem to not go together anymor?????
SW has the lowest LF and the highest profit.
I notice our flights that are in the 65-75 LF range seem to do much better on the RASM front then a flight booked to the gills.
