None of those issues are a violation of separation of powers or abuse of power. Solyindra was a subsidy that is not against the law. Patriot act was voted on by Congress and just because he said he was not extend it but did is a lie not an abuse of power. Fast and Furious was a agency screw up not an abuse of power. The fact that he should have known what was going on is also not an abuse of power. He denied Key Stone a permit. That is with in the power of the POTUS and not a abuse of power or violation of the COTUS.
Try again but try to separate the things you just don't like from actual abuses of power. Pulling judges in front of Congress for impeachment is an actual abuse of power as there is nothing in the COTUS that grants Congress the right to impeach a judge because they do not like his/her decision.
