At least they are finally saying she was coming apart before crash. I noticed is some frozen pics just before ground contact the Lear 60 is completely missing it's "T" tail horizontal stab, not sure if the rudder is missing too, but for sure missing it's "T" tail stab. Didn't notice at first glance but after studying a little more in detail and zooming in you can see there is no "T" tail present just before ground contact.
No wonder it turned 60 degrees and a hard right canter into an uncontrollable nose dive.
