Merry Christmas to those celebrating. Being Jewish, I don't take offense when someone says "merry Christmas", ill say "Merry Christmas" back but I dont say "Merry Christmas" otherwise.

It's not a matter of being politically correct, it's more respecting the sensitivity of the matter for others. But, the US is largely, demographically speaking, a Christian nation (though not officially)
