It's good your not worried Black. You see..this fiscal cliff thing is just like Y2K. It's a lot of hype over...well, nothing really. If you want lots of money, I can offer you some suggestions. HARD WORK is one thing...and don't #### about your tax rate - the higher your rate the more successful you are. Obama never promised anybody that they would get a lot of mnoeny for nothing. Work your ASS off and you'll have a lot of money. If you are worried about how much you'll pay in taxes, don't work as hard. You'll fall nto a lower tax bracket, but the OTHER folks who work HARDER than you will be paying more in taxes. And loving every minute of it.

If that's the case. How come the tax rate is 75% for the wealthy in France and they are leaving the country and taking businesses/jobs with them. Shouldn't they enjoy being taxed that much?

Hey...if I'm every lucky enough to be in the top tax bracket, I will still be MILES ahead of the others, even it they "redistribute" my wealth. Are you not striving to make it to the top tax bracket out of your concerns of wealth redistribution. If I make a million bucks and they take 30%...I"ve still got 70%...I'm WAY better off than they are

Well Black, last I heard ending the Bush tax cuts would put us back the Clinton level (when America boomed...remember) which were about 40% lower than those in France. Or could you point me to an article where Obama proposes taxing the top 1% at 75%? If the top 1% want to leave America because their tax rate is 35%, - let them...where will they move? France? FWIW, this country grew pretty rapidly when tax rates for the top 1% were up in the 90% range.
