I have read that the bankrupcy judge in charge of the proceedings at Northwest is NOT bought and paid for by the company.
This judge seems to actually believe in doing his JOB.
[Unlike the DIS-honorable, rubber stamping judge that US union members had to deal with]....
I would reccomend a big fat "NO" vote to my fellow union members.
BTW, I voted "NO" THREE times for the POS contracts we were presented with..
