Something like this happened to AA a few years back at DFW,an elderly woman got off a flight and was never seen again.

Atleast it wasn't some X-Files espiode where an UFO intercepts the US Airways flight and it got shot down over Albany Airspace...Hope they find him, he's probably loafing in the Envoy Lounge at PHL.
