From the "intrepretations" of the scope proposal I've seen, it boils down to:
RJ's, W/O'ed, or MAA can be sold in whole or part. Pilots go with planes. If buyer is an affiliate carrier, J4J applies, otherwise not.
I assume that this is a very simplified version - supposedly the actual proposal runs dozens of pages.
