Mechanics Start holding Informational Picketing

You are blaming the international to cover for our negotiating committee. If the int. already determins what the contract is, and everything is conspired between the int. and AA, why haven't we already been givin the contract they have already negotiated?
We have been given the contract, it was turned down by the memership. Now if you are indicating the control of the contract under negotiations, then all that is left is for the company and the TWU to move the pieces of the pie around to get the T/A to pass. I predict that the Mechanic and Related contract will look close to the Fleet Service T/A, and I am a wizard.......

Drama - no different than 2003.

Picketing has always struck me as silly. Is it really going to create enough public pressure to get the company to radically change course? It's unlikely. It might make the employees feel better, but as far as I'm concerned it's useless from a negotiations standpoint.

Picketing is what the OWS is doing and the TWU is supporting them, is any of this going to the company or the governments position?
