Description
The DuPont Chemical Solutions Enterprise (DCSE) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a new Sulfuric Acid Regeneration Facility in New Castle, Delaware. This is a multi-skilled work environment with high performance, self-directed work teams. We are seeking a technician with at least 2 years of advanced education or industrial experience or prior military background coupled with a desired competency in electronic maintenance and instrumentation.
The successful candidate will:
Possess the ability to learn from and teach other team members
Display excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability to work rotating shifts in a drug and tobacco free, safety-conscious environment (Offers of employment are contingent upon satisfactory results of medial exams, drug tests and background checks.)
Have a desire to develop a career in a high performance, self-directed working team where everyone is expected to perform multiple skills
Computer literate
Possess decision-making, trouble-shooting and prioritization skills

Qualifications
To be considered, you must possess the following:
2 years advanced education, industrial experience or prior military background.
Must posess experience with DCS and PLC systems and electronic istrumentation
Strong computer skills
Demonstrated successful experience working on teams in an industrial setting.
Demonstrated ability to work independently making decisions as it is necessary.
Attention to detail and safety.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
Excellent communications skills - verbal and written.
