Well this could mean one of three things.
A: Its a tactic to eventually sweep the streets of the Anonymous Obama backed OWS pro social welfare vermin.
However its unlikely since this admnistration cant even call a terrorist attack on our own ground a terrosist attack, rather a "Workplace Violence". Pluse since it was done by THE DEMOCRAT CONTROLLED SENATE they wouldnt do that to their own vermin offspring.
B: Lefty administration are so wet over China they just cant wait to instill harsh crackdowns and mass murders on demand like the government in China.
