WOW!! Does that mean I can file a lawsuit against companies that pollute Lake Michigan and thereby making the water warmer and causing greater lake effect snowstorms in the winter causing me shovel more snow,more often, leading to a severe back injury? :huh:

I've been considering a class action lawsuit now for sometime.Due to this terrible global warming Lake Erie doesn't freeze over sufficiently much anymore and my ice fishing time has gone kapoot. The old auger sits in the corner covered with dust.......Whats an ice fisherman to do?
