More Pics

Looks a lot like the same pics from yesterday. And not a one of them actually shows a recognizable NWA aircraft in them, so how does anyone know they're even credible? The guys driving in the NWA vehicles could be supervisors for all you know.

Is this legal??? Can you really plaster someone's face on a web page, call them a SCAB and get away with it. Could anyone of those individuals sue someone over this?

Yeah baby! Guilty until proven innocent! The American Way!

How can you be taking pix like this without the TSA hassling you?

Just walk your line until they tell you to go home for good.

Real life scabs? Looks like working Americans to me trying to kill a communists party.

I believe that 1 is FAA. I did not know that the FAA was scabbin' it also. I knew the government doesn't always pay a lot, so he must be double-dippin'.

Could they sue, this a litigious society, certainly they can sue. The poster could use "Truth as a Defense"; if they are Scabs and their pictures are posted under a scabs post. Also what damages can they claim?

If I recall correctly, the courts have repeatedly ruled in favor of people who've been photographed by activists leaving abortion clinics, liquor stores and adult book stores.

Taking pictures of people who aren't breaking any laws, and then posting them to a website with with the intent of shaming/blacklisting is not free speech, but defamation of character, slander, libel, or any number of things.

If a person depicted on the website eventuallysuffers harm/loss, then the website owner could theoretically be held liable as an accessory to a criminal act.
