"When you compare what people endured in the South in the 60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, to compare what people subjected to that with what happened in Philadelphia, which was inappropriate....to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line for my people," said Holder, who is black.

But in the same article later says...

"This Department of Justice does not enforce the law on the basis of race," Holder insisted.

Rule of law? What rule of law? :blink:

I had the extreme pleasure to meet Mr Holder and share an F/C ride to PHL. He is a warm and sincere man and I was impressed. He is however a VERY political animal. He actually spent about half the trip trying to get me to become a Democrat. He failed in that regard and IMO he's on a thin limb on this one. I get where he's coming from but I don't agree even a little.

Don't agree with him at all politically, but I'd definitely have another beer with him.

Especially if he was buying....

He has shown his and the administrations true colors and agenda if you will.Whether it be Blacks or Islamics, it looks much like a racially biased department.
