need website for airline only travel group/club

Can't remember where I saw a website for USAirways and airline employees that like to travel but not alone. Its not the typical commercial service like perx etc. Its more like a club with scheduled trips, events etc. It also may have been a single group for airliners. They had scheduled ski trips for 2006 in Europe. Any help....appreciate it.
