New OCC/SOC where will it be?

To get back on topic, I'm glad OCC is staying where it is. There are many good people there who might not have moved to PHX.

sky high states: So, the PHX people have to move to Pittsburgh?....better pack prozac.....the Sun never appears there. Really. Other then that, cost of living is cheap and the city is friendly.

They dont have that much interaction. Wont be a problem to seperate them.

You know. USAir went through this entire fiasco in the blizzard of 1993. After a lot of studies, they decided to combine scheduling/sys functions in one room, in PIT. That seemed to work pretty well.

I would prefer, if they are going to make physical changes, to have a form of scheduling at each domicile, especially in the NE, where extreme and volatile weather affecting the schedule seems to center compared to the rest of the USAirways system.

I wouldn't toss the sunglasses, because when the sun does shine, it's a bit of a shock to the eyes. 🙂

Another thought occurs to me. I wonder what percentage of OCC personnel have to commute to PIT? How many have to commute from CLT?
