OK, but given the way Tempe does things can you really be certain that these folks were even shown this function and were Knowledge Checks created by the trainers to ensure that at the end of the two days the folks had at least some minimum competency level?

No, there was no knowlege check because the trainers were improperly trained. HP doesnt know what training is.
East DOES know what training should be. I fault CS training for not gettting the information needed to train the agents. But the fact remains that reading the CSB is REQUIRED. If the dress code calls for you to wear a tie, you cant NOT wear one because you didn't learn how to tie one, could you?
