No preferred Seating...

It appears you now have to call to get preferred seating when using a third party reservation system, I was unable to select a seat when booking travel using my corporate travel center. once the trip was booked I found that they put me in the back of the bus in a middle seat & window. :down:

I just booked roundtrip PIT-RSW, and had no problems getting preferred seating. Actually, my corporate travel agency was able to get me seats in the front that on the US website showed as "taken".
 
At the present time, I have to call in order to get a seat, much less a preferred one :(.

I book my corporate travel through American Express Travel and had the same experience this week, no seat charts at all. However, when my confirmation came back, they did assign me preferred seats.
