A straightforward waste of time.

The company already made their decision, knowing full well that it wouldn't please the pm-US folks.

Time to move on.

You measure respect by the fact you've stayed at one company for the longest amount of years? You should think about getting more realistic definitions of respect.

I am not expecting or advocating a change to the policy, I am just curious as to the distribution of opinions since there has never been such a poll on this board.

I apologize if it has upset anyone.  The mods may close it if/when they feel necessary.

All you have to do is read the company literature to get your answer. The USAir folks prefer what they have and the AA folks prefer what they have. Mr. Parker has decided to keep AA's way with some of USAir benefits. No more need to discuss.

People are only upset if they are insecure. What is the harm of a simple poll?

I'm upset because this hasn't tunrned into a DL thing, and how their NR policy is better..

It appears the poll has just proven what the company already knew...

There are only about 70 active posters here, and taking out those who aren't employees, you about have the same 2:1 split of pm-US and pm-AA employees as the general population.

Sidebar: I find it curious and somewhat ironic that autocorrect on my iPad keeps changing pm-US to PMS.

He's busy high jacking several other threads, but I will help him out.

DL is of course better, even with 100% full planes, they are so forward thinking at DL, seats magically appear for all non revs! DL wins again.

DOH=respect. Get it!

"You'll be senior someday" is the the justification for some people use for taking first chioce of everything on the table and leaving the rest of us with the crumbs.

Nonreving is a benefit and you don't deserve to get on the airplane before me everytime until you retire.

NO you WON'T get it!

Non-Rev privileges are given to ALL employees. Seniority has no place in it.
This should apply to EVERYONE !   Current employees, their family should not be boarded before a retiree or their family.
