At 6:55pm ect, I entered the HUB to get two buddy passes. It's now 8:15. And after filling out all the boxes, still geting the hour glass. I don't think I'm doing anthing wrong. It would probably flag me if I was. Is this the way it is? For you West people, at East we would call a 800 number,or go to an agent, and in five, eight max., all done.

Be very careful with the buddy passes right now. My friend just used one and when she went to check-in at the counter, they could not find her in the computer. She even had a print-out of the itinerary, record locator, ticket number, and payment page.

Don't worry about it. It's a hiccup. Move on quit whining. They're working on it. Get over it. You are just slow because you not know how to use it.It always works fine for the West you must not know how to use it.You must resist change. If you don’t like it quit

That was a little harsh. Chill dude............

USCREW,
Thanks, another hr has gone by. Still got the hour glass so I loged off. Try tomorrow. It's sad to see us go to a system that I guess was ok for a small airline and try to fit it into a national-international airline; and I'm not speaking to the pass stuff, I'll figger that out. We have extra long lines at check in's because of this back in time system. I'm in this because I like what I do. But it's not lost on me that the pax let me do what I do. AZ better step up to the plate, and soon.

"It's a hiccup" "Move on quit whining" "They're working on it" "Get over it" "If you don’t like it quit"
This seems to be standard language now at the New US Airways.
"They're working on it"? How many times a day do we hear that from this company and then have to repeat it to our customers day in and day out...HOW EMBARRISSING :ninja:
"Get over it" "If you don't like it, quit". Honestly John John
In case you have not noticed, employees are leaving at an alarming rate, but not as quick as our customers.
Your attitude seems to reflect this company's attitude.
I sure you'll be pleased to know that many of us are taking your advise, John John, and are looking for employement with another airline. No, its not just because of this "hiccup", it's because we see the direction this company has taken.
