I boarded an aircraft the other day and flew home, I do this every week. I took the wife out and had dinner with friends. I took my son fishing and watched him catch his first bass on an artificial lure. After we were done fishing I let him take the helm and began teaching him boating safety. That night I played poker with my brothers and friends. We had a great time. Tomorrow my family arrives here, I think we will pay the Henry Ford Museum a visit. Did you know, before the strike, that if a manager caught an employee sleeping there was nothing he could do to discipline that employee? Did you know if no aircraft or only one came to that gate he was done for the day? Did you know that a mechanic only had to work one aircraft on RON's? Did you know that if an aircraft was in for an RON and all that was required was a TA check and there were no MEL's he was done for the night? You guys sure do like to throw the fact that SWA is union around a lot then you like to add the fact that the AMT's are AMFA. Which one of you union folk would care to post the pre-strike AMFA/NWA contract here and the current AMFA/SWA contract here at the same time? Hackman are you up to that? Lets just see if the two companies are on a level playing field when it comes to AMFA and airline contracts. I have a feeling SWA AMT's are giving their money away for nothing that wasn't already offered by the company. What do you think Hackman?
