The Obama Administration's Excuse For Delaying The Obamacare Mandate Is Either Lame Or Fake!

"The Treasury Department announced that it will delay the "employer mandate" in Obamacare for one year. This is the provision of the law that requires large employers to provide health insurance to full-time employees or else pay a $2,000 per-employee penalty.
Then, almost as an "oh, by the way" addition, the Treasury statement adds that since reporting won't be mandatory in 2014, it can't actually impose any penalties on employers that don't provide health insurance until 2015."

Don't want bad news hitting before the 2014 elections, do we !

"WSJ: We're Sorry We Were Too Soft on Obamacare!"

"Obamacare has become a rolling 'train wreck,' in Sen. Max Baucus's memorable phrase, and it gets worse the more of it the public sees. The employer mandate is terrible policy, as the law's critics said before it passed.

"Now the Administration is all but admitting it can't implement it properly, and the task for opponents is to press the concession and begin to delay the rest of the law and dismantle it piece by piece."

That's what you get when you take a republican idea and try to make your own and run with it. Dems are their own worst enemy. Should have love with the single payer and let the republicans screw them selves. Obama is such a putz.

Obama is such a putz.

1) So nothing is EVER the fault of the reigning "messiah"s administration then? His Holiness was just overcome with the supposed grand nature of "a republican idea" and, being entirely overwhelmed, simply had to "run with it"...? I see. 🙂

2) No possible argument there.

actually calling him a putz insults putzs everywhere

I thought I did say it was his fault for taking a BS idea from the republicans and watering it down so that both sides would vote for it.

He should have stuck by his guns and done what he said he was going to do. Instead we get some watered down tripe and no cost controls. Better than nothing and better than the crap we have now but not near what we need.

He should have stuck by his guns ...

Umm..."stuck by his guns".."his guns"? Did you even realize what you said there? 🙂 BTW: That pathetic little pimple would, in my honest estimation from "been-there/done-that" reference; run away and cry for "his" (as if that creature's a "he") mommy" at even the sound of even a close-at-hand-firecracker,...if "he" didn't have some version of "mommy's arms" wrapped around...umm..."him". 🙂

It shouldn't be hard to delay, indefinitely, the implementation of any part of ObamaCare. The Obama Administration just did it without asking congress, a Republican Administration shouldn't have a problem doing the same, should they?
