Had to call reservations to list a companion, was on hold approx. 40 minutes. Just curious, did I get lucky or is it usually longer ?
Once I got thru I did get one of our finest a lady named Jackie who I thank very much for saving me a trip to the airport after a long day.

Judging from what others have posted recently, the lucky part is getting someone in res in the U.S. who A. speaks English and B. knows how to book a reservation.
Well worth the 40 minute wait.
