Osama is dead

So you say. OBL was brought ti justice and Obama gave the order. The reasons or motivations don't make him less dead
Yes he is dead. So we are told. But since day one there always has to be an upside for him first and foremost. It's the Chicago way.

According to Peter King R-NY, KSM gave up the first lead of bin Ladens' location during his interrogation and water boarding. Libtards must be floored that water boarding does work, and Gitmo terrorists gave up more info on bid Laden. Good thing it wasn't closed. I will give Obama credit for finally pulling the trigger on that murdering POS, now he needs to get the rest of them. Good job troops and CIA!!!

Interesting how Mr King 'knows' this and the best that Mr Cheney can do is "assume" that info came from water boarding. Given the fact that Mr Cheney was one of the architects of 'enhanced interrogation' and he is saying that he does not know when or if KSM gave any useful info.

“I would assume that the enhanced interrogation program that we put in place produced some of the results that led to bin Laden's ultimate capture,” Cheney told Fox News on Monday, a hint of vindication in his voice

I'm gad he is dead. It might have been nice to get him alive and see if he had any valuable info but dead is good too.

I think Pakistan owes us a refund of the $20 billion or so in aid. How the hell do you miss a 7ft tall dude walking around 30 miles from the capital and a few miles from a military training camp? No phone, no cable and they burned their trash and no one knocked on the door to ask WTF?

Truth is you don't like that your guy can't claim credit and you resort to "Birther" Mode! "So we are told".
IMO you lose credibility and that;s sad as you often have valid points

Isn't King the Chairman of Homeland Security? I think he would know more than Cheney would, since he has been out of the loop for a few years now. It's great that Obama has appeared to have waken from his slumber, funny how the intel he has seen has done that.

I don't recall anyone calling him stupid? Hell, Stevie Wonder could see where we were headed. None the less Obama answered the call. You could look it up.

Wait, let me get this straight. You are saying that a former SecDef and Vice president of the US is 'out of the loop'? You're joking right? Just for the sake of argument, lets go with your theory. The data obtained was during his administration so whether he is currently in, out or orbiting the loop Cheney was in a position to know what was obtained and he has no clue. He is assuming that the info was obtained. Cheney was more certain that WMDs were in Iraq than he is about the info obtained out of Gitmo.

According to the reports, Bush gave up on OBL and dismantled the group tasked with hunting him down. Obama was the one who walked into the WH in Jan '08 and said to find the SOB. I'm nt sure who woke up when but we sure as hell know who gave up now don't we. I know, I know. That was all part of Bush/Cheney's diabolical plan to force OB out and allow Obama to catch him... 🙄

The same people hiding Obama's birth certificate?

The same people claiming there is no 2011 Depression?

That same people who see Elvis sweeping floors at PIT on the midnight shift?

Dick Cheney?

You don't give the Navy SEALS any credit.

Communiiss.

That same people who see Elvis sweeping floors at PIT on the midnight shift?

No, actually he worked FAB doing engine assy and I can prove it.

Once again, you don't know jack.

There are reports Osama had the original Kenya BC and was going to go on Oprah next week.

Dunno about the DNA test, but since we haven't seen anything on Al Jazzeera refuting his death, I'd say that maybe this one you might want to accept at face value...

CIA deserves all the credit for finding him, not Obama, Bush or Panetta. Career spooks and military officers did all the legwork and planning. All that the empty suit short-timers did was sign off on other people's work and mission plans.

Where did you see that? I had not heard the government release much of anything. Lots of speculation but little fact.

As for the burial, Islamic law requires burial with in 24.hiursbof death. According to what I read he was buried in accordance with Islamic law.

I don't think you'll find too much concern whether or not he was buried according to Islamic law. I don't think this mass murderer gave such consideration to the families of those who were never able to bury their dead.

Nuff said.... <_<

Whether or not you care is of little concern to me. Dapoes was quoted in someones response casting suspicion as to why he was buried in 24 hours and this was why. I don't care if you do not like it. This is what the military did and why they did it. Are more lives worth desecrating a body so you can have your sense of revenge? Is your need for revenge worth giving the wack jobs one more excuse to kill someone else? Grow up.

By the way, this is not the first time this has happened.

At 2:42 PM on April 11, 1945, off the coast of Kikaijima Island, a Japanese fighter pilot in an A6M5c Zero launched a kamikaze attack on the USS Missouri.[18] Bill Obitz, a Seaman at the time, recalled that the attacking plane approached at an extreme angle and estimated that it was 20 feet (6 m) above the water.[19] Although struck by intense antiaircraft fire, the plane survived and struck the ship's starboard side at frame 169 below the main deck.[3][4][18] While the impact of one of the plane's wings started a fire at 5-inch mount number 3,[18][20] its 500-pound bomb did not detonate, so the damage was minimal. There were no American casualties, but the Japanese pilot died.[21][a] Parts of the plane's wreckage and the top half of the pilot's body landed on board.[18][21] The plane's wing was turned over to the crew to be cut up for souvenirs.[22]

Despite protests from some of his crew, Callaghan insisted that the young Japanese airman had done his job to the best of his ability, with honor, and deserved a military funeral.[4] Stephen Cromwell, a corpsman at the time, later recalled, "I was able to recover his body and I called up to the bridge to ask if I should throw it overboard ... Captain Callaghan said, ‘No, when we secure, take it down to the sick bay, and we'll have a burial for him tomorrow.’"[23] Ivan Dexter, another crew member, gave his account of events to Herb Fahr, recalling that the top half of the Japanese pilot's body was scattered over the deck, while the bottom half fell with the rest of the plane into the sea.[21] What remained of the body was brought to sick bay for examination, and various Missouri crew took souvenirs from the clothing, including the helmet, scarf, and jacket.[21] Following examination, the remains were placed in a canvas bag with dummy shell casings to weigh it down.[21]

The following day, the Japanese pilot received a military funeral at sea. An improvised Japanese flag, sewn by one of the ship's bosun's mates, covered the bag holding the man's remains.[21] The ship's chaplain committed the body to the sea and the six pallbearers let it slide overboard, accompanied by a volley of rifle fire.[21] Fahr wrote, "There was still much bitterness on the part of many in the crew, but now, the honorable thing was done."[21] According to Lee Collins, visitor operations director for the Battleship Missouri Memorial, Callaghan said that the ceremony was simply a tribute to "a fellow warrior who had displayed courage and devotion, and who had paid the ultimate sacrifice with his life, fighting for his country."

When did the 15 minute DNA test come about?

I thought it took some time.

Do you honestly think the CIA is going to send it out to a lab and have their specimen wait in line with all the other DNA test or do you think they may have just run it in their lab at the highest priority? Which do you think is more likely? Enough with all the unsubstantiated paranoia already. It's getting tiresome.

You guys on the liberal left side have shown your personal distaste for the first amendment by selectively hearing only what you want to hear from a fellow American by selective use of the ignore button. This is great copy.............

Pretty quick with the labels there...
I have her on ignore because it makes reading much easier through my 'crazy filter'.
When she has something noteworthy, I can count on some yahoo replying with full quotes...
