Mayb AA should have went with a different partner for the regional flights. Does PSA do their own maint. or is it contracted out? Looks like the American Eagle side was no affected...

I believe PSA is Wholly Owned, so they would have been doing regional somewhere. As to their Maintenance, I am sure it is a combination of In House Maintenance and Contracted MX. Now who would have completed this AD, I won't speculate since I don't work with this type of aircraft so I have no idea what the time frame for accomplishment is. From what I have heard, this is only pertaining to PSA aircraft.

PSA has their own MTR at DAY n CLT. I agree its bad timing. Deals with nose gear door inspection

Yes. The downtime will be costly as well as all the reinspects with possible unlimited O/T to get it done in timely manner.

Well they are now reporting that all flights are resumed and planes back in service. Going by the emails and time frames it looks like it was for around 36 hours of downtime, not too bad. Good for PSA stepping up to get em done...
