After reading article I put myself on that plane and have to ask why didn't any of the 4 passengers (that he crawled over to get to exit door) grab him, tackle him, restrain him until they get to the gate? At least make a huge resistance for him to get to the exit door in hopes aircraft gets to gate quickly. That was (is) a matter of safety for all on that plane, period. No one will be arrested for restraining someone who is jeopardizing the safety of all folks on board. Simply put him on the floor and ask F/A's for the cuffs until at gate where the authorities would take over...
