This week's award goes to the illustrious people at US Airways headquarters in Tempe, Arizona for their complete and utter disaster in migrating the reservation system from SABRE to SHARES. Without elaborating here (since it's currently being done in several threads on the board), the mistake of using SHARES with the QIK overlay has sent the airline backward in time to the Nineteenth Century, which makes it difficult to manage a concept that developed in the Twentieth Century.
Normally this is where I tell the winner to "keep up the good work," but we all know that would be sarcastic to the point of being sardonic. Tempe, get your act together.
