4yrs...$21.47
3yrs...$20.88
2yrs...$19.63
1yr....$18.56

and for the most part everyone gets their guarantee minimum for the month (73) and typically fly between 20-60 hrs depending on base before utlizing the ETB.

Wow. Hard to look at that knowing that in 2003, I made more than that per hour. I'll not see my hourly rate from three years ago for another 6 years.

I think 10 dollars more an hour is A scale to alot of us coming back. We would rather be making the 29 an hour instead of $20.88. I am in my 6th year according to MAA and I make $21.23(more than when I return in June.) So, Ireally hope we get our longevity for being at MAA.(someday) 🙄

well folks, remember that a 10.00 increase in the hourly rate will in general come out to about 2.00......dont forget that when u left "other" was company paid now it is paid out of our checks...and now ur lucky if you fly 72 hrs in a month so trust me THERE IS NO "A" SCALE.

the hr rate looks good...till you see the rest and get that first paycheck.......

now that being said its not meant meanly towards anyone at maa or furloughed its meant as a reality check so you know what is comming your way

We should be welcoming ANY recalled employees with open arms. I am sure they are aware of any pay reductions and are probably just glad to be returning to work.
