paychecks

do you think this will accomplish anything? I am willing to do anything right now for the whole group--across the nation-that is having the same issues payday after payday....


My response would also be to report this to the Dept. of Labor & anyone else in your state who will listen

I don't know how your work group handles theses things but for the f/a's a special check is issused and sent overnight mail if requested. Otherwise, it's added to the next paycheck.
 
I came from the west side. Never had payroll problems until we went to Workbrain. Now, everytime there is a holiday or vacation day for the pay period, it doesn't get counted. Took three vac days last week and today I noticed my check was over $400 short.
Workbrain....Thats a great system. You clock in and you clock out. Workbrain says accepted and you walk away. Later on you find out that one or more of the "accepted" clock times did not register. Hopefully you realize this before payday. Then you get a real kick in the arse when they put you on an "initial discission" for their system's malfunction. Yea really great system.
 
I was missing a few hundred in Go First upgrades but they seem to catch up you need to keep an eye on what they owe you....


I want all to work safe for the next month or so..............
 
for me 2x....last time the checks got fed exed to us on Saturday and then they were lost at CO cargo....never made it to the bank and then since an out of state check over 24 hours to clear on Monday.....for one here it is 3x...and they lost one of those also....they tell us to have shift mgr call payroll but payroll is closed.....I never had this issue before the merger FYI....I am so so sick of this and keep wondering how much more I can take.....anyone know where I can find it in the contract that the company has 24 hours to get me my check? I am ready to call the local news....some employees were told to not have direct bill pay in case this were to happen...huh...what is the company now our financial advisors? Another big guy told our BA that these "young ones should have a cushion"...how the hell do you have cushion when you pay crap and everyone lives paycheck to paycheck?????????????
www.dol.gov or call 1-866-4uswage. They are very helpful and will point you in the right direction. You may want to check with your states department of labor. State laws override Federal laws if it is in the best interest of the employee.

That is why I check mine every day when I come in.

Anyone not get a check???? This is unacceptable!!! This is not the first time.....screw this company's milestones this week----how about the company create a new milestone by paying their employees when they should be paid????? I am so ticked right now.....I am hoping something bounces...
Kao, just wondering what happened with this? Did you get your check? Did you contact the Department of Labor and find out what your rights are?
