http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dY1IpJstF8Y CNN and local PHL news hammers USAirways this morning. Rumor is Grantham is soon to be "relocated".
He said that PHL ramp is worse now then ever and don't believe any of the company B.S. about things improving...

They have a person capable of working the Ticket Counter driving around a cart for some old folks and some handicapped. I am not saying that these folks need assistance, but couldn't any of those "Not capable" of working the ticket counter do that? That must be to simple to do, but too hard for Philly management to think of. Lay off them CheeseSteaks.sky high states: LIKE THIS---> http://www.philly.com/inquirer/business/20...US_Airways.html

Your right the "new system" needs more people for sure.Trust me no where near staffed correctly on the ramp.

Kirby, the US Airways president, told reporters last week that he believed the airline was "correctly staffed in Philadelphia," especially after hiring hundreds of additional baggage handlers since last summer.
Kirby stated that ramp was now correctly staffed during his latest visit to the restless natives on the PHX ramp. This is why we have one person on each flight unloading and loading bins. This is why after 8:30 pm a small group of rampers are running from gate to gate as all the part-timers are on the way home. This is why bags miss when there aren't enough connects runners for all of the flights.
