myself and my co workers come in everyday and work with is pig and all we do is shake our heads and laugh with each other. it has honestly brought us all closer as workers.. we are actually having fun laughing and telling stories to each other about what a pig computer we are working with and all the crazy things it spits out in those pop ups.... we just say keep f in it keep f in it.. it will finally take.. but not give you the ansewer you are looking for. you can still access actual availability in SABRE which helps in invol rerouting but you cant book the flights but who cares atleast its actual and reliable

If there are any IT technicians in Philly, you can't find them. The hilarious part of it all is when they upgrade a problem (fix it), management fails to let customer service know, what a joke. It is a moot subject for sure and it does not work! So we will continue to play with this invisible computer, that does nothing and go bankrupt.
