It was a team effort. Kudos to all.

Some comments:

"The Clt ground crew brought Mike to the aircraft about 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. There were about 10 employees who stood, 5 on each side of the casket and belt loader as Mike was very respectfully put on board. We closed the doors and pushed. With only a momentary delay at the end of the runway we took off from 18C"

"PHL CP Jim Corbusier who traveled across the country all the way to SLC with Mike's remains, to the Salt Lake City Station manager who handled this with first class treatment."

'I wish to thank ORD Chief Pilot Jim Condes who met Steve (FO who landed in SYR) as he connected from SYR to DEN in ORD. He escorted Steve to his gate and placed him in his first class seat to DEN. Once Steve arrived in Denver he was met by CIRP peer Jeff Gonzales who drove Steve home"
