What about new stations that are started?
I am not trying to muddy the issue, I am looking for information, there are stations started after your contract that are not staffed by twu/HP fleet service.
Just seeking clarification, that is all, and it seems you all don't want to provide the answers.
Got it myself, from the HP/twu CBA:
1. The parties agree that the Company may continue to: (a) contract out work customarily or historically contracted out;
B: return equipment parts or assemblies to the manufacturer or to a manufacturer-approved repair station for repair or replacement;
C: contract out work when the Company’s facilities or equipment are not sufficient, or qualified personnel are not available, or where employees available do not have the experience and ability to perform the work required;
(d) contract out work as part of the implementation of an alliance, affiliation or other marketing arrangement with another entity; and
(e) contract out work at any location where such work has not been performed by Fleet Service Employees on a regular basis, or at any location where the Company has not maintained permanent Fleet Service facilities.
The Company shall not, however, contract out work if such contracting out would result in a reduction in force/furlough for any employee covered by this Agreement.
Nothing in this Paragraph, however, shall prevent the Company from implementing a reduction in force/furlough for economic reasons unrelated to contracting out work or for a reduction in Company flights.
