I know a few of the Piedmont trainers (CSA) and they are VERY good. Tempe hasn't really put their paws in too much of their business. It is a very thorough training program with follow-up training... the old USAirways had Computer Based Instructions (also called "JJ's" that had to be done by a certain time for everyone.

I am not sure if Shares has that same capability.

Mainline training for CSA is 5 weeks unless it changed since FRIDAY
WEEK ONE.. CLASSROOM-5days
WEEK TWO..OJT BACK IN THE STATION
WEEK THREE..CLASSROOM-5days
WEEK FOUR .OJT BACK IN THE STATION
WEEK FIVE-CLASSROOM for 4 days and if you pass the final you are DONE
