What's new

Piedmont Airlines

i believe that PI has 55 DASHes they would have had more of the bigger planes had they kep Allegheny Dash but instead the majority of them are the 100 series

What the...

Allegheny flew the -100 only. Piedmont had a few -300s, most still in service now.

i know that EN got rid of a lot of the Allegheny planes, most of which i believe were the 200 series Though they do have a few still around but now all of the 100 sereis are both 100/200 planes but seat 35 may be 36 depending on weight

Read this again:

Allegheny. Only. Had. -100s. It doesn't matter what you believe.

The 200s and 300s were at Piedmont. All 200s are gone. We run a handful of 300s now.

There are 37 seats on the 100/200. The new weights affect the 100; how they didn't affect the 200 is moot because we don't fly them anymore. When I got hired, if we could get the door closed the plane would go (37 pax, 8 billion bags). Since we're on the winter weights, we get into a 34 adult max. Ridiculous.

By "we", I mean that I fly them for EN.

It's good to see the group trying to organize. Many of them are incredible, dedicated employees.
