Wouldn't it be nice if they actually got an airline guy brought into this company to give the employees the tools they need to serve the customers?

Another bean counter retread to reinforce the status quo and put neverending spin on Tempe's failures is what we get instead. :down:

If you liked the Shares nightmare, I'm telling you Sceptre is oozing its poison ever wider and causing a myriad of problems... when we no longer have the crutch of Merlin to work around Sceptre problems, look out on time performance. what a joke... 🙄

What happened to the consultants? What happened to the employee surveys?
 
😱 😱 😱 :lol: :lol: There isn't enough space ( on here ) to tell him the MANY things that need to be done.
 
1) Get rid of both qik/shares and Sceptor
2) Reconfigure all a/c to old east seating
3) Make first class, first class again
4) Do something to get our VFF's back
5) Clean the aircraft
6) Set uniform standard again (Impressions of Excellence)
7) Get frontline employees input before beancounters make changes that never work
8) Get more W/B aircraft now.
 
What happened to the consultants?
They collected their $$$$$$ and said "Hire more management! Those pesky employees need more supervision"

What happened to the employee surveys?
They threw them in the trash because the employees who deal with managements stupid decisions on a daily basis don't know diddly about how to run a well oiled $$$ making airline. Oops, niether does Tempe.
