Yes the presidential budget asks congress for money to spend. Congress has to approve it or else you have what we have to today a shutdown. Either give me another credit card or a government shutdown occurs!! The house is done with the spending and taking a stand!! Sorry Obama no more money for you....can't keep printing money forever. The economy sucks a lot more due to the fact businesses aren't hiring or expanding, which would increase payroll taxes and income in general, and reduce unemployment.

Inducing yet another bubble by propping up the economy via debt just does what Dems do best -- kick the can down the road a bit more.
