Washington (CNN) -- House Speaker John Boehner appeared to acknowledge political reality Tuesday, confirming he would drop efforts to link other issues to the need to raise the federal borrowing limit by the end of February.

The issue had threatened more congressional gridlock, with President Barack Obama and Democrats rejecting any negotiations over the need to increase the debt ceiling.

That's right keep spending that money the nation doesn't have!!  The GOP is actually playing this well as another govern shutdown just delays the republicans taking over the senate.

Yep. Republicans have sounded all the warning bells, and been ignored.

When we hit the iceberg, it will be quite clear who was ignoring all the ice they were sailing thru.

There's also nothing an executive order can do to undo the damage.

Yep.... Before long there will be more hands taking out of the cookie jar than hands putting into the cookie jar. That's when the Democrats grand social experiment implodes!

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (MarketWatch) — There are eerie parallels between the stock market’s recent behavior and how it behaved right before the 1929 crash.
That at least is the conclusion reached by a frightening chart that has been making the rounds on Wall Street. The chart superimposes the market’s recent performance on top of a plot of its gyrations in 1928 and 1929.
The picture isn’t pretty. And it’s not as easy as you might think to wriggle out from underneath the bearish significance of this chart.

Here's to hoping for the 2011 depression to finally come true. Raise your glass.

We can only hope that at the same time they finally prove that we never landed on the moon, 9/11 and TWA 800 , Roswell, and every other CT's will finally be pinned on the government.

If the internet has not been completely hijacked and compromised by the NSA, hopefully you can be the first to post here, "I told you so"!

You have to be an idiot to not see the coming monetary fiasco.
