Just like Queen Elizabeth II is technically Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor.

It's poor form and ettiquette to refer to royalty in the Western form of their name, but it's also not exactly incorrect. Certainly no worse than a current head of state bowing to a foreign monarch.
