What exactly is porn and what exactly is art? Where does.nude painting and sculptures fit in? Didn't Meese put curtains over the statues in the justice dept? Freedom of speech issues aside, how does he plan on enforcing this idea? Is he going to ban IP's? Are we going ti turn into China or Iran where the web is restricted?

Oh I hope he wins the nomination. Perhaps a epic smack down would finally.shut up the right wing religious kooks.

Justice Stevens answered your first question. Second is the real fear is that He would try exactly that.

The epic smackdown would be the worst thing that could happen IMO as it would make it worse. Also do I call you an "Atheist Kook?" Then extend Christians the same courtesy or continue to be labeled a bigot.

I did not day you were a kook. Did not saw all Christians were kooks. I specifically said right wing (meaning fringe) as in right wing Jews (orthodox or hacidic) or another extremist. I consider the folks.who back people like Santorum or Gingrich to be kooks. They have no understanding how the US works.

I know you think I hate religion. I really don't. I just have no use for it. I do not want it involved in politics. I do care what a person believes or does in the privacy of their own home. All I want is for it not to be forced on the general public.

Yes it was.

I don't see Orthodox Jews or Hasidim as "Kooks". I'm OK with the churches in Appalachia that are "Serpent Handlers". What I'm NOT OK with is people being labeled because of their unique ways of their particular faith. Conversely, I've little time for those who try to legislate morality. We've seen this fail with Prohibition, War on drugs and even Pornography.

This is the danger of Santorum. He wants a nation that conforms to HIS religious Views. Which if I recall History correctly was the primary reason we declared our Independence.

Maybe those people worried about Sharia law taking over could see Santorum in their futures.

I guess I.am just using "kooks" in a more general sense. The orthodox a.few.decades back wanted to level the Dome of the Rock in Israel because they thought part of the old temple might be there. Then there are the people who claim they can heal the infirm. Cancer, blindness, paralysis.... Funny how they never grow a limb for someone. These are kooks. I also use the term for the fringe of religions who feel that they are entitled to run my life. Whether it be the orthodox who.say I can't watch movie on the Sabbath or the Christians who say can't buy booze before noon here in Texas.

I use the kooks term for folks who like to apply their beliefs on others. I do not care what anyone wants to believe so long as they keep to them selves.

More and more I hope Ron Paul abandons his Republican bid and goes Libertarian with Gary Johnson as his running mate. We may not win but we'll sure raise some hell along the way. It would be fun!. As there is no army, no government that can stop an idea whose time is at hand.

Look into his past history in Pa. When he ran against the republican in the primary he complained that the senator was living in Va. with a "empty house" in Pa. and his kids were going to school in Va. In his second and last term he had a house in a suburb of Pit and the neighbors had never seen him go in it. The house sat empty while he was living in Va. and his kids were going to a charter school in Va. This was just the tip of the iceberg, needless to say he only made two terms and was voted out. He lost out in a congressional seat also. When Spector was the other Republican senator in Pa. he had years of the usual politics and after many years it a man by the name of Toomey ran against him in the primary and beat him for the Republican ticket. Spector then switched to the Democrat party to keep his seat. Guess who backed Spector in the election... yes, SANTORUM. For all you far right people who think Santorum is your man your in for the shock of your lives, he will say anything to get elected.

Rick Santorum is a bought and paid for member of the Political Parasite Class just like Obama, Gingrich & Romney.

When you refer to the Four Stooges I assume you to mean Obama, Romney, Santorum & Gingrich as they are ALL bought and paid for by Wall Street. You think Obama is your friend, because he panders to big labor and delivers pennies on the dollar compared to what Labor contributes? Guess again.

So how is that $4/gal gas and 24% higher grocery bill brought on by the policies of the Labor loving Obama working for you? How is this festering boil on the backside of humanity helping the middle class. The guy is such a moron he even lost our credit rating. Real man of genius NOT

His kids went to a Pennsylvania Cyber Charter school. While the taxpayers in the district (Penn Hills) where his empty house was picked up the tab.

Something about family value.
