I remember somebody posing this a a viable tactic.

Ron Paul’s Delegate Strategy

According to the Paul campaign, the contests in those states have only begun.

“We’re trying to take delegates and delegations,” says Paul national campaign chairman Jesse Benton of the campaign’s strategy. “Obviously, we want to do as well as we can in the beauty contests, like Maine’s beauty contest, but the most important thing is that we’re electing a majority of delegates as Ron Paul delegates to state conventions.”

I don't trust the Republicans either.

Maybe they could get Jimmy Carter to monitor their elections.

This kind of crap goes on in both parties. It's as old as elections. If Ron Paul gets the nomination it will be a miracle and proof that God exists 😀 😀

If you're an East Coast Elite as Nixon called the Republican establishment then the views of Ron Paul scare the ever loving crap out of you. Every scam, every back room deal, all of the crony capitalism and influence pedaling go out the door. They just can't have that, so naturally they are going to do anything and everything they can to silence or distort the message and for right now it's not been working real well as hiis numbers grow daily.

Hell, Hilary tried it with Obama and Hillary wasn't pure as the driven snow either. This is not new. It's also why Ron Paul is focusing on the caucus states. He has a huge following of feet on the street who are well versed in how delegates are allocated. They are attempting to change the party at its very core. It's so bad that certain county committees have instructed their members to appoint delegates that are under 30 because of the likelihood they are Paul supporters.

(The Blaze/AP) — Ron Paul has gained 83 votes on Mitt Romney following a Republican presidential caucus in eastern Maine, where voting last week had been postponed due to bad weather. Romney still holds a 156-vote lead over Paul in statewide totals.

Paul received 163 votes in Saturday’s Washington County caucus, where Republicans from more than two dozen towns gathered to cast their votes. Romney received 80 votes. Rick Santorum got 57 votes and Newt Gingrich received four votes.

The Maine Republican Party last week declared Romney the winner of the state’s GOP caucuses, but Washington County Republicans were angered their votes weren’t counted after their caucus was postponed last Saturday because of a snowstorm.

County Chairman Chris Gardner says the state party should include the caucus tally in the final results.

The Republican State Committee will consider the request next month.

Oh My!

However the damage has been done, the media has moved on.

What a humbling and emotional moment it must be to see a man your Grandchild's age rise to sing a song written about you.

I've supported Ron Paul since 1988 and I just realized I was the age of his most ardent supporters are now way back then.

Jordan Page captured the spirit if who we are and while we may or may not win it will have been a glorious battle. the revolution WILL be televised even if it's YouTube
