I have been reading a lot of posts for the last several years and have not seen one thing remotely come close to coming true of what is posted here. Most of the posts are from members that are in the know. I have a friend that knows someone that knows someone that is related to Arpey's landscaper. A lot of people here just want to be acknowledged.

Just goes to show that there are in fact very few people "in the know". Until we hear official announcements it's almost guaranteed to be speculation and rumor.
