I am talking about pilots.... as far as F/a's they all make the same..... as far as agents... I have not a clue :blink:Do you really think that's alright? You're wrong.

Ok Prove me wrong... as I said... don't know about agents... but know that the f/a's pay is almost exact... do know that the West has better vacationI am talking about pilots.... as far as F/a's they all make the same..... as far as agents... I have not a clue

better sick leave.....
but pay is about the same...
as far as pilots go... West makes more per hour...
The American West agnets got a $5.00 a hour guarantee raise TOS under the USAirway CWA contractAs far as agents, they're under one contract. Their pay is equal across the system.
I wouldn't go as far as to say FA pay is almost exact because if I were hired under East contract and pay, I'd be making about $22/hr instead of $17. That's quite a chunk. AWA pays peanuts compared to US.

West pilots do make more than East.
We will see how strong the language is in the contractAs far as agents yes we are under one contract but we are not at equal pay.....
We are suffering still from the last bankruptscy....we took a step back pay freeze that did not affect the west...they were brought up to our pay scale but if you were hired before 2005 and were not topped out you are now at least 2 yrs behind and then throw in the E scale pay that affected us hired before 99 and its way off...thats why we are awaiting an arbitrators decision
The company and the CWA threw us under the bus
You wonder why we are bitter...the company thinks its fine for an original US agent to make 15.00 an hour and the west counterpart with the same seniority to make 18.00...under the same contract
Is that fair
Cant strap in if seat belts are being removed due to gas prices. The US economy is on the verge of collapse .... Today British Airways CEO Willie Walsh predicted another 30 "weak" airlines could go out of business before Christmas. He said "Let's see how the financial markets react to all of this today. Strap in for a bumpy ride."
