Doesn't really make a difference. If a federal judge rules like that, we have NO leverage. I'm all for fighting for a great contract. I'm just saying that you and I both know that the company is not threatened in any way of CHAOS. If they are they surely wouldn't show it.

Anyway.....I'm all for getting the message out. I think the tags for our bags or a pin would work MUCH better. If they are made affordable they will sell like hotcakes.

sky high states: Alaska Airlines flight attendants, also represented by the Association of Flight Attendants, AFL-CIO, were the first flight attendants to strike using CHAOS. Alaska management, similar to Midwest Express management, had trained replacements who were flown around the system in an attempt to thwart a CHAOS strike. In the end, Alaska flight attendants struck just seven flights but drove away approximately 20% of the airline’s traffic, mostly business passengers afraid that CHAOS would disrupt their travel plans. Management’s preparations failed, passengers were stranded, and Alaska’s system was pushed to the brink of collapse.

CHAOS stands for Create Havoc Around Our System™ and is a strike action that allows flight attendants to control the airline’s schedule and operations. Flight attendants may stage a mass walkout (like a traditional strike) for a day or a week or strike individual flights — with no warning to management or passengers. Flying on another airline is the only way passengers can avoid being stranded by CHAOS at Midwest Express and is recommended for all passengers until further notice.

oNLY stating an OPINION
 
We don't have ANY reason to CHAOS right now. We would have to have exhausted all resources throught the AFA first. The east are in a contract until 2012 so there is little we could do here. The west were in negotiations but an arbitrator ruled to negotiate for a joint contract instead I believe. So CHAOS would apply after what? and when?
 
700 -- How did the east side finance the merger ? I don't get it. Like I have said before the westies CAN'T wait to get on your payscale....
 
I think what was meant was that with the paycuts in place the merger became a distinct possibility. It put us on a better playing field to be matched up with America West. When we started concessionary talks in our first BK on the east it was Jetblue this and Southwest that. The second time around it was America West EVERYTHING in our restructuring agreement as far as the flight attendants anyway. I think thats whay they meant. If it weren't for the east's two BK's this merger would never have been possible.

They may be even more pricey when U legal hits you with a cease and desist order. :shock:

Somehow I doubt you have the proper legal permissions to use the name and aircraft images in your product. 😛h34r:

My prediction? ZIZZLES and/or ZAZZLES will FIZZLE! As in, out. :blink:

Well if that's the case ZAZZLES will remove it. BTW, what the hell do you care? You must be a goody two shoes or are with management.
