SouthWest Accident at MDW

A Southwest jet skidded off the rwy and onto a street at MDW tonight 12/8/2005 at around 7:15 local time. The wx was heavy winds and snow. The plane skidded to a stop on Central Ave, and may have hit at least one car.

Heard on CNN that the NTSB is recommending that TR not be calculated into runway stopping distance on contaminated runway. Anybody heard any more on this ?
