Northeast Winter Weather Advisory
Updated February 10, 2006

Due to the anticipated effect of the winter weather that is expected in the Northeast, our ability to offer scheduled service could be disrupted and there is the possibility that any flight to/from Baltimore/Washington (BWI), Philadelphia (PHL), Long Island/Islip (ISP), Albany (ALB), Hartford (BDL), Providence (PVD), Manchester (MHT), and ATA codeshare destinations New York LaGuardia (LGA) and Washington Reagan National (DCA) could be delayed, diverted, or cancelled on Saturday, February 11 and Sunday, February 12. Southwest Airlines continues to closely monitor the storm's movement, and we will post regular updates to this page.

Customers holding reservations to/from BWI, PHL, ISP, ALB, BDL, PVD, MHT, LGA, and DCA for Friday, February 10 through Monday, February 13 may rebook their travel in the original class of service (between the original city pairs) or travel stand by without paying any additional charge.

We wholeheartedly appreciate your patience with our efforts to meet your air travel needs, and we invite you to please visit Flight Status Information and/or sign up for our convenient Flight Status Messaging to receive the latest information regarding your flight. We encourage our Ticketless Travel Customers to visit the Travel Center on southwest.com to cancel, change, and/or rebook their flight reservations. All ticketed Customers may contact Reservations (1-800-435-9792) for additional assistance.
