The 1930's Communist background of the Transport Workers Union is coming out. In a desperate move to keep the mechanic and related workers at AA from having a fair representational election the TWU has attempted to include people on the list of voters who don't work for AA and don't do mechanic and related work.
The TWU has claimed to be democratic many times in the past yet the TWU continues to attempt to block your ability to choose representation. If the TWU was as good as they claim-WHY DO THEY WANT TO KEEP YOU FROM VOTING.
Their particular brand of democracy is to have elections within the TWU and call that democracy and accountability. The USSR had the very same type of democracy and accountability. All candidates were required to be members of the Communist Party.
