Talk about desperation and passing the buck?!?!?

Hey Dave, why not pay me the 5 pct of the 500 dollars avg. an hour I used to sell and process before you severed me?..that's 25 an hour and my job back ...fair enuf ay??

Sure, maybe on Jupiter.

You tell again,S& Happy. Fo the love of God, they will give discounts on tickets the company states that they can ill afford to lower, instead of hiring enough folks to handle the phones. Have they thought of the customers they lose, who don't want to wait. And....if you can't get service to pick up the phone in a timely manner, that the customer already knows that the airline knows is deficient, how in the hell does the customer ponder what the rest of the flying process will be like? WHO THINKS OF THESE KINDS OF PROMOTIONS????

That little retort of no substance indicates you entirely missed the gist of the topic, and has nothing to do with "pondering the past", which just for the record is not so distant, and consumed 60 pct of my working career and 40 pct of my life span. That allows me to speak on this and any related airline topic.
But as long as you are in that giving sacrificial do it for dave kinda mood, how 'bout you give your job up to a machine..can you step up to the plate??
