The kind of Visa deal that needs to be made should be a cooperation Visa. The Nationals of any foreign Nation investing in America and building factories and plants need to have Visa’s that let their professionals come to America and teach and train American workers to do the work since we honestly aren’t skilled any longer.
In return we offer a percentage of Foreign Engineers a work visa that let them remain in the USA longer to continue overseeing the operation. Say 10% of the total American workers.
